The Principal, subject to the control of the Higher Education Secretary and the Director of Technical Education, Government of Kerala, administers the college. Board of Governors periodically reviews and guides TEQIP and the academic activity of the institute for ensuring project implementation and overall development of the institute. The Principal, in consultation with college council takes strategic decisions regarding the academic/non-academic activities of the college. Deans for P.G. and U.G. course supervise the proper conduct of academic programs.
