The objectives of the unit are

To guide and motivate students to succeed in qualifying examinations like GATE and CAT and join post graduate courses.

The unit takes right steps in identifying the current demands of the industry and prepares students towards this need. Adequate emphasis is given for soft skill development complementing the regular academic programmes. Communicative English and aptitude classes are being conducted for students who are weak in communication.
