Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference

Maximum paper length is 6 pages

At least one author must register for the conference

Plagiarism check will be performed on all submissions

Authors can opt for submission with or without publication.

All papers must follow the conference template

All accepted papers are published in a conference proceeding with an ISBN.

Selected papers will be considered for publication in the Journal of Environmental Nanotechnology (Scopus-indexed). Authors of these papers will be eligible for an exclusive publication fee of ₹ 10,000/- ( in addition to the registration fee).

✅ Registration Guidlines

Conference registration and presentation by at least one author is mandatory for including the paper in the publication.

Please complete the registration process on or before 21st November 2025.

At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register for the conference for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings and be scheduled for presentation.

The details on registration fees for different categories and payment account details are available on the conference website ( https://www.geckkd.ac.in/STEP-2025.php#Registration ) . An additional 18% GST must be added to the amount during payment.
