Department of Computer Science and Engineering
The computer science and engineering department of GEC Kozhikode was established in the year 2022 with a new generation BTech programme in “Computer Science and Design”. The degree programme has a yearly intake of 66 (60 + 6 LET) students. The programme is a good blend of the fundamentals of computer science & engineering and the essential design principles. Upon completion of the course, the students are expected to apply their computer engineering skills to develop products as solutions to the pressing problems of society. Though the department is new, the college has sufficient facilities to support the effective conduct of the programme.
