Anti Narcotic Cell
As per recent newspaper reports, drug abuse cases are rising among Kerala's school and college students. Hence, an Anti-Narcotic cell is formed in our institute. Counselling is arranged for students who are facing drug addiction-related problems. The Narcotic cell of Kerala police, Kozhikode, was requested to take awareness programs at our institution to safeguard our students against drug usage. As per our request, they are conducting regular sessions for the students. Sri Biju of Narcotic cell has taken classes with other police officers for first-year students. The classes by Sri Biju were excellent. More classes are planned for the future for all the remaining students. Dr Ansu V is the convener of the cell.
